The primary responsibility will be to develop business and to market our services to Real Estate Executives in the Midwest area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter possessing strong sales skills, business acumen and leadership potential. • Qualify and target prospective companies to pursue with senior brokerage leaders

• Generate leads and set up meetings with qualified prospects

• Develop strong relationships with internal and external clients

• Develop an understanding of basic building, real estate and lease terminology

• Continually develop, enhance and leverage detailed knowledge of the state and local economy and area real estate markets

• Manage and update prospects by utilizing an internal tracking database

• Assist in the development and preparation of marketing and presentation materials

• Research companies, landlords and potential subtenants

• Attend all relevant sales or business team meetings and actively contribute

• Prepare and complete client tours with brokers and clients as needed

• Attend Kulkarni Properties sponsored training sessions and endorsed external training session seminars.

• Obtain Real Estate Salesperson’s license

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Architecture, Business, Engineering, Marketing or Real Estate related field.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience with cold calling a plus.

• Proven success within a sales role.

• Aggressive, competitive, and desire to create and develop relationships

• Creative with the ability to thrive under pressure

• Must possess great attention to detail and strong willingness to succeed.

• Ohio, Kentucky or Indiana Real Estate Salespersons License a plus but not required
